This pairing of USAI’s BeveLED Mini® and BeveLED® 2.2 with Turf’s Port and Urban Acoustical Ceiling Tiles is lighting and ceiling integration perfected. This is USAI Lighting’s first collaboration with the Chicago-based acoustics solutions company, Turf Design.

Together, USAI and Turf are advancing the idea of perfectly and seamlessly integrated ceilings and light fixtures while helping to create spaces that allow designers to express and execute their ideas with the knowledge that these solutions are repeatable and easy to implement in the field.

This collaboration is lighting and ceiling tile integration at its best. USAI’s patented snap-in mounting system ensures precise placement of trimless BeveLED Mini and BeveLED 2.2 light fixtures into Turf’s factory pre-cut acoustical Port and Urban ceiling tiles – providing perfectly seamless integration every time.

Together, USAI and Turf are answering the demand from the design community for a simple and pre-engineered way to specify and use each expertly engineered product. USAI’s proprietary LED light engines achieve a 2-step MacAdam ellipse along the black body locus, resulting in reliable and uniform color from fixture to fixture. Turf ceiling tiles are made from Polyester (PET) felt that is 60% pre-consumer recycled.

The Port and Urban Tiles come in a range of colors including: Talc, Travertine, Sandstone, Pumice, Carbon, and Onyx. The BeveLED trim finish options are: White, Bronze, Black, Piano Gloss Black, Clear Matte Anodized, Grey, Conduit Silver, Primer Finish, and Anti-microbial Finish.

BeveLED Mini for Turf and BeveLED 2.2 for Turf are available in trimless round or square fixtures for Port and Urban acoustical tiles. Port is apertured and vaulted while Urban is extruding and planar. Both compression molded tiles are made from PET felt and offer cutting-edge aesthetics and acoustical performance.

USAI’s engineered, proprietary Snap-In Mounting System with Turf’s magnetic connection makes for an easy installation on a 9/16” or 15/16” Flat Tee Grid. Choose from field-flexible trims, additional optics, and more LED color choices and dimming options than ever before with the BeveLED Mini full family platform.

The most complete recessed LED product family available, the BeveLED® 2.2 product family features Adaptable Apertures for easy field conversion from trimmed to trimless to millwork. Additional enhancements include 1% dimming, wet location rating, a new Glow Glass trim & increased performance from USAI’s Warm Glow Dimming and 10° optic options – all provided standard.
