Description
The Seem® 1 Acoustic and AirCore Blade luminaire and baffle system was designed with the intent to improve human comfort and resolve some of the challenges common to open commercial environments. The integrated luminaire and baffle system simplifies the specification, sourcing, and installation process while enhancing interior architecture.

The system uses Focal Point’s patent pending AirCore technology to deliver optimized sound absorption. It also leverages an eco-friendly material made of 100% polyester containing up to 50 percent of recycled plastic bottles (PET). This contributes to reducing its ecological impact and provides an ASTM E-84 Class A firing rating. The system can be specified with direct, indirect, or indirect/direct light distributions, or as an unlit acoustic baffle in combination with the AirCore Blade to achieve the desired illumination and acoustic reverberation levels with a coordinated look.

Designers can select from 30 shades of PET felt, various nominal housing heights (8", 12", or 16"), and luminaire lengths (4', 6', 8', or custom configurations) to deliver a personalized aesthetic while also achieving the desired reverberation levels with a coordinated look.
